You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury to yourself. We strongly recommend consulting with a physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program or using our equipment. BULPOL, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from the proper or improper use, assembly, or maintenance of our products.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
